• The app offers self-help tools and an AI coach. It is not medical, psychological or legal advice and not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
• AI replies can be wrong. Use your own judgement.
• The counter, check-ins, reasons, drafts and journal are free. Pro (the AI coach beyond the free messages, and future guided programs) is a subscription billed by Google Play or the App Store, with a free trial when offered. The price and renewal period are shown before you subscribe. Cancel any time in your Google Play or Apple Account subscriptions; access lasts until the end of the paid period. Your own data never locks when a subscription ends.
